Come and find your inner spark amongst the peaceful rolling hills of Taghazout, Morocco.
Each day we’ll move, breathe, meditate and connect in the open air, finding a connection with mother earth every step of the way.
Our daily schedule will cover a wide range of modalities and techniques including yoga, conscious connected breathwork, moving meditation, seated meditation, sharing circles and journalling.
We’ll also make sure you have plenty of time to relax, integrate and just be!
Each mealtime we’ll join together to share nourishing vegetarian food, prepared using the very best locally grown organic ingredients.
